Our group therapeutic yoga classes are small with no more than 10 people per class so that the specific needs of the group and the individual can be addressed.... we all have special and unique needs. A breath-centered, alignment based and therapeutically oriented yoga practice often includes the use of props such as mats, chairs, blocks, blankets, and sand bags to enhance alignment and help create a feeling of ease during a yoga practice.
